30 days to change your mind
At Collier-Protect®, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order. You do not need to give a reason.

Refund conditions
Product condition
The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, labels and original packaging.
No signs of use
Returned products must not show any signs of use, damage or alteration.
Exceptions
Personalised or used items are not eligible for a refund.

How to start a return
Step 1
Contact our customer service at Support@collier-protect.be to let us know you intend to return your order.
Step 2
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.
Step 3
Drop the parcel off at a Bpost, GLS or Mondial Relay office or pick-up point.

Return costs
Free, whatever the reason
Return shipping costs are on us, whether the return is due to a simple change of mind or a product fault — you don't pay a thing.

Refund processing
Timeframe
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund is processed as quickly as possible (typically within 3 to 5 working days).
Method
The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Notification
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued.

Faulty products or errors
If you receive a faulty product or if we've made a mistake, contact us immediately at Support@collier-protect.be. We cover the return shipping costs and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
