Delivery process

Processing
As soon as your order is confirmed and payment received, we prepare and dispatch it within 24 hours.
Dispatch
Your parcel is shipped to the address provided or to a pick-up point. Please check your details carefully to avoid any delivery issues.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

International delivery

Your deliveries to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands stay within the European Union: no customs charges, no import tax and no extra charge to pay on receipt.

Receiving your order

As soon as you receive your parcel, check the packaging and the contents. A damaged product? Write to us within 24 hours. If you are not there at the time of delivery, a delivery notice tells you where to collect your parcel.
